Cleaning and Pack Out Technician/General Labor

Job Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Cleaning and maintaining tools, equipment, and facilities Ensuring work is completed according to supervisor's specifications.
Cleaning and Safely Packing contents.
Setting up and monitoring drying equipment.
Properly set-up procedures.
Cleaning up and debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring that may be damaged.
If you're Trained in MICA (Document App) will boost your position.
Providing updates to your direct supervisor daily.
Driving a company vehicle as needed.
Upon completion of each job you must update the Job system (MICA) Performing restoration activities, including light demolition, cleaning, emergency flood service, restorative drying, fire and smoke damage cleaning and deodorization, content cleaning, pack-out and storage and other specialized cleaning Setting up site protection, like the use of protective shoe covers and floor mats Other job duties and responsibilities as assigned We Require:
Able to work more than 40
hours per week Clean Background Integrity, Passion, Team & Mission Focused High School Diploma or GED (preferred) Job Type:
