Assist the inside sale team with order processing, order expediting, checking order confirmations, entering Request For Quotes (RFQs) and scanning pertinent information into ERP System.
Answers phone calls for team members as a backup.
Answering queries from customers.
Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Having a friendly and engaging personality.
Comfortable working with members of the public.
Should have a confident manner.
Must be helpful and polite.
Able to work as part of a sales team.
Should have professional appearance Should be able to use Excel and Word Fastener experience preferred but not required.
