Randall Offsite Construction (PODS) is currently seeking a qualified Plant Manager to work in our Apopka, Florida fabrication plant and headquarters.
Randall Offsite Construction is searching for a results-oriented Plant Manager to help lead and manage all facets of its Modular Bathroom fabrication facility in Apopka, FL.
Reporting directly to the Operation Manager in this critical role you will staff, direct, and coordinate activities of the plant to ensure that our innovative bathroom pods are assembled with maximum safety, accuracy, quality, and efficiency.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Minimum of 4 years management experience within production, equipment, maintenance and or/quality control.
Relevant manufacturing such as modular housing, bathroom pod or other manufactured housing helpful.
Bilingual (English & Spanish preferred) Knowledge and experience in implementing process improvement, lean/six sigma manufacturing philosophies.
Established management experience on large projects in the construction industry strongly preferred.
Ability to read Blue prints a requirement.
Ability to use excel, Adobe PDF or Blue beam required.
Ability to influence and communicate well with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
Bachelor's degree (B.
A.
) from four-year college or university or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
