As a member of the Construction Team, the Warranty Manager's primary role is to be the point of contact for our customers and provide them with a positive customer service experience.
This person will coordinate the day-to-day activities of warranty inspections with various field personnel, liaise with customers, visit sites where required, and provide general support to the Construction Team.
Job Description Responsible for evaluating and developing construction warranty processes.
Manage scheduling, claims reviews, Budgets, & Report analysis Assist owner through claim process.
Provide direct feedback on warranty status, analytics for reducing warranty claims.
Evaluate warranty repair quality and adherence to standards & specs.
Provide coaching, mentoring, development of warranty processes, systems, and procedures.
Assures that all owner experience & expectations are exceeded.
Experience 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role Warranty experience preferred, not required.
Property management or Maintenance experience is a plus.
