Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Assist with general office duties, such as filing, answering the phones, scanning, and organizing documents - Utilize software applications such as Quickbooks, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Software - Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls - Maintain Office (Replenish office supplies, custodial duties.
) - Provide clerical support to various departments as needed - Proofread documents for errors and ensure accuracy - Track and manage job projects
Qualifications:
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy - Familiarity with office procedures and equipment - Experience using software applications such as Quickbooks, Microsoft Word & Excel and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bilingual (Spanish) is a huge plus but not required.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle calls professionally - Basic proofreading skills to identify errors in documents - Ability to read construction plans is a huge plus but not a requirement.
We are willing to train the right person on how to read plans.
- Deadline and detailed oriented.
