General Purpose of a Training Coordinator Assistant at Quest, Inc.
:
Responsible for the implementation of life skill classes and program activities to meet skill acquisition goals outlined in participant Support Plan goals.
Essential Functions:
Lead classes in areas of skill acquisition including ADLs, self-care, money social/communication skills, computer skills and other training goals relating to skill development Lead and prepare lesson plans related to life skill classes and assist with developing and implementing curriculums that align with participant Support Plan goals Assist with the collection of all annual client documentation, entering of information into electronic system to ensure all required deadlines are met Assist with the coordination of annual meetings (relating to Support Plans and IPP's), including setting dates of meetings, coordinating with all parties and sending out of all communication documentation.
Implement and monitor skill acquisition programs as part of IPP process, including evaluation of skill acquisition programs Develop and lead life skill classes Assist and actively participate on community outings.
Assist with behavioral clients Develop and lead all client rights training including monitoring and recording to meet regulatory requirements Assist in training and monitoring Skill Instructor implementation of life skill programs outside of classroom setting Assist in supply ordering and inventory for life skills programming Assist Training Coordinator with administrative duties (filing, note writing, skill acquisition monitoring) Assist Behavioral Analysts on individual behavioral plan protocols in relation to skill acquisition programs and classroom learning Serve as active participant of reactive procedures during behavioral crisis at facility as needed Adhere to all Quest's policies and procedures Report to work during inclement weather to ensure adequate supervision and care of all program participants.
This may include sheltering in place during a hurricane.
Attend all required trainings and monthly staff meetings Perform all other duties as requested/required Education/Experience Required:
Highschool diploma or equivalent (GED) required Experience (2
years) in implementing behavioral and/or training programs with individuals with developmental disabilities Previous working experience utilizing computer applications including:
Excel, Avatar, Access and other software.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
