We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Part-Time Social Media Assistant to join The Farmworker Association of Florida.
As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for leveraging your programming expertise to enhance our social media presence, create content and support our mission-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Social Media Application Development:
Develop and maintain social media applications that align with FWAF's goals and enhance our online visibility.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand the organization's messaging and incorporate it into social media programming.
Integration with Social Impact Metrics:
Implement features that allow for the tracking and reporting of social impact metrics.
Engage with data analytic software to ensure accurate and meaningful reporting of FWAF's achievements.
Community Engagement:
Design and implement features that encourage community engagement and participation on social media platforms.
Foster an online community that reflects FWAFs values and objectives.
Accessibility and Inclusivity:
Ensure that social media applications are accessible to diverse audiences and align with inclusivity principles.
Implement features that promote accessibility and inclusivity in the online space.
Collaboration with Volunteers:
Work closely with volunteers involved in social media initiatives, providing guidance and support.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages the sharing of ideas and skills among team members.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
Any experience with social media APIs and third-party libraries.
Proficient in Word Press Passion for Nonprofit Causes:
Demonstrated interest in and understanding of nonprofit missions and values.
A commitment to using technology for positive social change.
Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on addressing challenges relevant to nonprofit organizations.
Communication:
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey the organization's message through social media platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Flexibility:
Willingness to adapt to the unique needs and challenges of a nonprofit environment.
Schedule:
Part-time position with flexible hours, approximately 30 hours per week with the option of being remote.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
