Responsibilities:
Completes all assigned tasks in a timely manner as instructed by supervisor.
Adheres to work schedules in completing and performing assigned tasks.
Cooperates with department personnel, as well as other Solaris HealthCare personnel to ensure that services can be adequately maintained to meet the needs of residents.
Creates and maintains an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment.

Treats residents, residents' family members, visitors and fellow employees with courtesy, respect and dignity Meets with Supervisor on a regular basis to assist in identifying and correcting problem areas and/or improving services.
Notifies Solaris HealthCare when late arrival to or absence from work per established Solaris HealthCare policy Adheres to established employee policies.
Adheres to established dress code.
Meets acceptable Solaris HealthCare attendance requirements.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
