We are seeking a dedicated Mill Worker to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in millwork, carpentry, and operating various power tools.

Duties:
- Operate and maintain machinery in the mill - Build and assemble millwork components - Utilize CNC machines for precision cutting - Perform quality checks on finished products - Use calipers and other measuring tools to ensure accuracy - Work in a warehouse setting to organize materials and finished products - Operate forklifts for material handling - Familiarity with AutoCAD for interpreting technical drawings
Qualifications:
- Experience in millwork, carpentry, or related field - Proficiency in using power tools for cutting, shaping, and finishing materials - Knowledge of CNC machines and programming is a plus - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and quality standards - Forklift certification is advantageous This position offers the opportunity to develop skills in millwork, CNC operation, and warehouse management.
