This position will also have the opportunity for cross training in our Mill and Lathe departments as an operator.
Job Description:
Deburr, polish, grind, sand, and clean parts Visually inspect machined parts Shop Maintenance Duties including checking coolant levels, empty chip barrels from machines, and general shop clean up Operate equipment such as CNC Saw, Drill Press, Forklift etc Operate Mill and Lathe as needed Dimensionally inspect close tolerance machined parts Maintain a clean work area Requirements:
Experience Deburring Machined Parts Basic knowledge of inspection equipment such as; calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges Demonstrate accurate basic math skills, including solid understanding of fractions and decimals Sufficient shop-mathematical-ability to take measurements, cut required dimensions, etc.
Strong hands on ability required Vocational school student or graduate a plus Excellent work ethic Eager to learn Effectively communicate in English, verbally and in writing Job Type:
