We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team.
As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items - Take food and beverage orders accurately - Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly - Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase revenue - Process payments using cash registers or POS systems - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Skills:
- Proficient in sales techniques to enhance customer experience - Ability to bus tables efficiently to maintain a clean dining environment - Strong basic math skills for order accuracy and bill calculations - Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus - Skilled in upselling techniques to increase sales revenue - Excellent cash handling abilities for processing payments accurately - Exceptional guest service skills to provide a positive dining experience - Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Join our team as a Server and be part of creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
