Account Manager- Inside b2b sales

This role has a strong focus on revenue retention, revenue growth and sales growth. This will be done through account relationship and management.
The Commercial Account Manager is responsible for expanding existing market share with customers by selling/upselling the entire portfolio of products/services.
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
Meeting and exceeding annual sales targets and revenue quota by effectively managing time to meet daily prospecting sales and retention activity.
Owning the relationship with customer base, by understanding customers needs-KNOW, Retain, and GROW.
Understanding customers business drivers and advising the customer on products and services that apply to their business needs.
Maintaining a funnel of qualified leads sufficient to meet monthly quota.
Maintain accurate profile information for all customers.
Leverage relationships within existing base of customers to assist positioning with other contacts.
Understand the processes, products and services and be able to explain to non-technical business customers so that they understand the business application.
Developing and delivering customer proposals.
Desired Skills & Experience
Basic Qualifications:
2+ Years inside/outside sales experience. MUST HAVE B2B SALES EXPERIENCE
Strong oral and written communications, analytical, problem solving, and closing skills.
Proficiency with MS Word (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Successful completion and passage of all applicable employment testing and interview.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ Year of Telecommunications sales experience.
Associates or Bachelors degree
Prior account management experience with a history of working to retain and grow existing accounts.
Demonstrated stable track record of success in Sales.
Previous experience calling into customer base.
Prior cold calling experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
