1. Supervise a group of recruiters national and internationally to succeed in the promotion of an industry first Regulatory and Compliance training course.
2. Sales Manager work directly with Marketing, Sales, Advertising, and Human Resourses to help recruiters to meet production expectations.
3. Sales Manager will be responsible for drafting, interviewing, and selections of prospective recruiters with companies (BGF) assistance.
4. Sales Manager reports directly to the Director of Business of Development, and the President of BGF Consulting.
5. Primary duties of the Sales Manager is to educate and train recruiters to offer opportunities to qualified students, graduates and other professionals seeking career changes that provides high income and prestige compared to other opportunities. The F.D.A. Regulatory Specialist Profession cannot keep pace with the industry needs due to the continued growth of Visa and International companies seeking F.D.A. approval.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
